THINGS I DON’T UNDERSTAND, ACCEPT, AGREE WITH

I am still at my son’s house – all hot and bothered and my right leg hurts even though I took two Tylenol. I decided to write a list of all those things I don’t understand, accept or agree with. Hopefully by the time I finish my son will return home. I need COLD AIR!!!!

divorce
infidelity
needing to be thin
nagging someone to do or be what you want
children who are in daycare
children who have no respect
people who smoke
woman who have facelifts and are very vain
people who sleep around, live with each other and move on
people who are always talking about what they did or didn’t eat
advertising that uses sex to sell products
naked female models while men are dressed
parents who don’t consider their kids at all as they date and move on to the next one
food which is just chemicals and have no nutritional value at all
prices in Canada that are double and triple what they are in US
gas prices that are so high
war and why so many kids have to die in wars
people who hate and spread hatred
terrorists who give up their lives to be a suicide bomber
people who are always rushing around
people who have to be RIGHT
people who can’t make a decision

So that’s enough for now. I’m hot and cranky so better sign off.

Great list! Hope the Tylenol kicks in soon and the pain goes away.

People that try to control everything. cigarettes. Transverse myelitis. cops/army/gvt that cover up the truth for face. my father. self mutilation. i second the gas prices remark. this war in Iraq. The male infatuation with boobs. Bad teachers on tenure. The College Board. Politicians’ inability to represent the people rather than themselves. can openers.

When I’m hot, I get mad, too. Add to the list: GLOBAL WARMING and people driving big gas-guzzling SUVS when we’re in a war for oil.

believe me, I totally understand. Right now I am struggling with my emotions after family dramas too….. its hard when those we love are hurting, or hurt each other. Hang in there….. hugs P

A lot of those on your list, I understand, but don’t necessarily accept or agree with. Price differences between our two countries comes from two different philosophies on sevices provided by the government. Canadians pay less for health care but taxes make up for it. In the US, we pay less in taxes but get less government help, especially in health insurance costs. I don’t understand, accept or agree with terrorists, either.
