MY OLD FRIEND-READ

I guess many people who just started to read me don’t know the story of my "old" friend who I wrote about in the last entry.
I will try to explain short and sweet.
We were three couples who did everything together. Mainly at the trailer because one couple lived in Ottawa and the other two were in Montreal.
Couple number’s one’s wife and couple number two’s husband always fought. They argued about the stupidest things. Hubby and I always got along as we weren’t so sensitive and many things just went over our heads. Couple number one’s wife did some nasty things and didn’t like any of our other friends.
But we got along very well with them.  Finally couple number two decided to spend less time around them. The wife(my friend who passed away last June) just couldn’t stand the arguing and bickering any longer.
The other wife became friends with others. At the beginning of the camping season last year couple number two and us had some sort of misunderstanding. I guess we should have discussed it in person but we just wrote a few emails.
That’s it very short and sweet. This FALL when couple one heard about my hubby being sick she called us from Florida and at the end of the conversation she suggested I call when I arrived in Florida. I didn’t call but when we met online I asked her if she wanted to get together. She ignored the question. That’s about it. I miss the other two couples and the special friendship we shared. That is why at the trailer now I have no one to hang out with and do my crafts. I lost two good friends. I use to be friendly with couple number one when I saw them at the campground or in Florida. No more! I will ignore them completely.
