PLANNING-ok

I am planning what to serve at my Hannukah party without much success. I don’t know why but I just can’t decide. I was going to serve delli which is easy but we had it at friends the other week and it wasn’t very exciting.
So far I am going to serve:

a large veggie salad
kasha and bowties
potato pancakes
chicken livers

I am not sure if I will make a soup or not.

Appetizers:

egg rolls
hot dogs in blankets

Any suggestions? If I’ve asked before I’m sorry.

MMM! Yummy, your family is so lucky, so many women don’t even cook anymore.

Are you keeping Kosher, or just non-pork stuff? I have a WICKED chocolate pate recipe. Nachos and dip… seafood… or how about a choclate fountain with fruit and pound cake?

that sounds good!!! something rediculously sweet would be good! It wouldn’t be christmas with out a sugar coma!

No suggestions, but I must say, your parties always sound JUST WONDERFUL!

How about fondue? It is pretty easy to do and they are making a comeback these days. You can do one cheese one and one chocolate one for dessert!

ryns: the practice would be a holistic wellness practice, not a salon. I wanted to go partners with a friend of mine but she seems not to be interested now. If I do it, it would be on my own and that scares the pants off of me. Yes, I have always heard that real estate is a great investment. Hopefully it will be for me.
