If you had a diary on old Open Diary, you must go through the reclaim process before you can log in. Reclaim your diary.
I think you have white print on a white background, that may be the problem. The favorites are still there but you can’t see them because the print is the same as the background. Go back into diary maintenance and change the print color to something other than white. that hopefully will work.
