We better run for cover

For us to recover.

The country’s at war
Over land over sea
In a country afar.

What will be the end
Who the hell knows
But it will be too late
For the young who have died
Maybe not in vane
But probably in pain.

Billions are being spent
For weapons and such
In my opinion
Way too much.
Money is needed right here and now
For health care, schools and people who suffer.
