TODAY-ok

My grandson was suppose to stay with me this morning while my son went to the synagogue but he wanted to be with his PAPA. He is so attached to him. I feel a little sad that his love affair with me is over. I think part of the reason is the divorce and him not seeing his PAPA everyday. My sister went too with my hubby. I guess I’ll go soon. I am not really interested at all but my sister will expect me and she came to spend the holiday with me so I will go.
I packed for New York but packed "summer" stuff and now I realize that it will only be warm one day so I will repack tonight. It’s hard to know what to take.
Hubby spoke to the nurse today at radiology and she said that the doctor hadn’t marked urgent so he will have to wait atleast two weeks for an appointment. I am going to suggest sending his chart to our friend’s nephew in the States to get a second opinion. I have a feeling we may be able to go to Florida for awhile and then return for his treatments.
We are going to my son for breaking the fast tonight. It is breaking with tradition but of course eventually the children do take over.
So I better get ready to go. Have a good one. I’m not hungry yet………….

It’s sweet that grandson wants to be with his papa, though. :o) !! As for fasting….if I were fasting, I know that I would be hungry, about an hour after I started!!!! hugs, Weesprite

I know what you mean about grandson wanting to be with Papa. In my case, last time, it was, Gramma, I don’t want to sleep over, I want Mommy and want to go home. That was a good thing, too, but, I was disappointed for ME. I hope your Yom Kippur is blessed and you have a nice family get-together. Big Hugzz..

I can never fast…I am too much into food.
