SAME OLD SAME OLD-OK

sO THIS IS ANOTHER DAY ON THE CRUISE. wE’RE IN sT. tHOMAS. wE WENT INTO TOWN WHERE THERE IS TONS OF SHOPPING. i DON’T KNOW WHY. mY FRIENDS WANTED TO GO AND MY HUBBY SO WE WENT. bUT THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON FOR ME TO GO. mY HUSBAND IS SUCH A CHEAP FUCKEN BASTARD. yOU WOULD THINK ONE DAY HE WOULD SAY, cOME i’LL BUY YOU SOME JEWELERY." i WOULD FAINT FROM SHOCK. sO WHAT IS THE POINT OF GOING?????????????? nONE FOR ME SO OF COURSE i AM VERY AGGRAVATED AND MAD. wHY DO THE OTHER WOMAN GET TO BUY? i BOUGHT SOME CRUMMY TSHIRTS. i TOLD HIM LAST NIGHT i WOULD RATHER NOT GO. wHAT’S THE POINT? wE ARE TAKING A TOUR THIS AFTERNOON SO WE WILL GET TO SEE SOME OF THE ISLAND. wHAT WAS THE POINT OF GOING THIS MORNING? hE SAW LIQUOR THAT IS CHEAPER THAN AT HOME BUT DID HE BUY??? fOR ME IF I AM NOT GOING TO BUY THEN DON’T TAKE ME TO THE STORES. WE HAVE HAD THIS FIGHT ALL OUR MARRIED LIVES. bEFORE I CAME HERE HE TOLD ME DON’T DOWNLOAD ANY PICTURES AS IT WILL COST MONEY. say what????????????????????????

i AM NOT FEELING RIGHT STILL. mY SUGAR LEVEL IS HIGH. i KEEP DEBATING WHETHER OR NOT i SHOULD SEE THE DOCTOR ON SHIP. i AM EATING LESS THAN EVER.

ANYHOW TAKE CARE. i WILL BE HOME ON SATURDAY AND WILL HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO CATCH UP WITH YOUR LIVES.

You should buy something if you want to. And if he’s so darn domineering that you’d have to live through sheer hell in order to do so….well, leave him! I know that isn’t always as easy to do as it is to say…. but you deserve to be happy, doing things YOU like to do. seems like you’ve lived long enough to have earned that! If you are a diabetic and your sugar is high, and your not eating a lot you could have an infection some where. When we found out Jim was the doc told us if he is watching his diet and his sugar level spikes look for an infection and get his butt in there. I would go see the Doc. Your husband is using money to retain control over you. Basically money is power so that is the power he has over you. My husband was the same until one day I said HEY I deserve to buy myself stuff, I work hard!! Now I am getting a divorce and basically it is because he knows he can’t control me anymore. I said to him good luck finding a woman you can control anymore, they ain’t out there.

visiting exotic places can be much more fun that simply shopping in them though, maybe you could go on a tour or jump the local bus for a real adventure!!!! Keep smiling….its supposed to be a holiday!! hugs

If you have diabetes, then you MUST EAT — otherwise your body pulls out sugar from your liver – thus the high blood sugar. Eat something with complex carbohydrates and it will help the sugar bit — as long as you exercise too. Doesn’t your ship have dancing? Dancing would be perfect exercise — or jazzercize or something!

I wish I had some encouraging words for you but I guess you will have to make decisions about what to do about the situation. I hope things get better so you two can enjoy the cruise together & have some special memories.
