LAST DAY – ok

Tonight my daughter goes home. Of course she is NOT too happy about it. She will be starting a new job on Tuesday and taking a course at night. She will be super busy.

This morning we are going with a friend to look for a  sewing machine which my daughter has wanted for a few years. It will be her birthday present. She won’t take it home with her but will wait for me to bring it. She also wants to buy a satellite radio. Anyone have one? I hope to get one before I drive back home in March. Otherwise there is just nothing to listen to on the long drive home. I have a lot of music but would like talk shows better.

In the afternoon I am going to start a wall hanging – mostly applique but probably quilting also. I am going to work with two friends. One is an excellent quilter.

After my daughter leaves I will be able to reorganize our small condo. She has been sleeping in my craft/hobby/computer room. Right now I have everything in the living/dining room so it always looks a mess. I look forward to getting organized and getting things put away.

Tuesday I will start exercising with a vengeance. At least three times a week I will go on the treadmill and stationery bike. I might also use some weights but that depends on my arm which has been sore for a few weeks.

I am reading an excellent book by James Patterson – RED ROSE?? The chapters are short and they hold my interest. I want to read THE FIVE PEOPLE YOU MEET IN HEAVEN next. My daughter read it and said it was a quick read but very thought provoking.

I have been up most of the night. I don’t know if I should try to go back to bed or not. And to think I use to be an EXCELLENT sleeper.

Making a wall hanging sounds neat! I admire people who can make things! I’d also like to read “The Five People You Meet in Heaven.” It sounds good. I know what ya mean about it being nice to get things back in order after company leaves. I feel the same way when my daughter goes home, though I do love having her here. She can wreck havoc! hugs, Weesprite
