WISHES FOR THE NEW YEAR -ok

For the New Year I hope I can learn to be GRATEFUL for all that I have in my life.

I will try to be content with everything I have.

I will try to find a purpose for my life whether it is a new job or volunteering.

I will try NOT to bitch and complain about everything.

BUT BUT BUT BUT who am I kidding????????????

I find it almost impossible to do even though I SHOULD.

One moment at a time might work………….

Right now my hubby went out shopping. He is still coughing and sneezing and choking and up all night.

My daughter is taking a shower.

I am waiting for the cleaning lady. Thank goodness she is coming!

Then my daughter and I will go to Michaels and Target. We have no plans for tonight. Maybe my daughter and I will go to the beach where they are having a party.

You can’t do everything at once! If you do only one small “good thing” per day, that is still something to be proud of yourself for doing! Volunteering….that is something I should do too. Thanks for reminding me (without meaning to). Maybe this is a goal we’ll both reach this year! Here’s wishing you a good day and a mostly happy new year! hugs,

You have every right to complain. That is what this journal is for…your REAL feelings. You have been through alot of tough times recently, losing your brother and mother. It’s okay to vent. We all do it. At least you are being honest and not trying to fool anyone.

a wonderful resolution, but its true about taking one step at a time. Remember though, we are never alone and can draw strength and assistance from our Higher Power. Enjoy your blessings and your day…..hugs

There is a joyous freedom in just living in your skin. I hope and pray that you will find a way in this new year to just be you. Have a great year.
