MY FIRST DAY’S DRIVE-ok

I left the house about eight. I am surprised by how well I did. It was snowing so until I reached the US border there was alot of snow so I drove slowly. I had breakfast at McDonalds as soon as I crossed the border. Then I was off.

I stopped in Albany, NY and went to Barnes and Noble. I bought 2 CDS. One was THE KING and I and the other was a comedy cd. I really enjoy listening to them as I drive. I just didn’t want to spend any money on books today. I would really like to save up for an IPOD and a video camera.

The weather was mild. I took off my winter jacket and switched from my boots to my sneakers.

I am now in Newburgh, NY. I checked in to this motel and then went to the mall. It’s only seven and it feels like 11. I think I will go to sleep and hopefully I can sleep through. I am tired!!!! I have no voice so it is a problem when someone calls.

At the mall I bought two books for my grandson. I will mail them when I get settled.

I also bought a new game for my Game Boy – Tetris.

So maybe later I will read some of your latest entries. I am going to lie down and watch TV.
