SOMETIMES-ok
GRATITUDE
THE PLUMBER WAS HERE AND ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS DISCONNECT THE HOT WATER DISPENSER.
SOMETIMES I WONDER
WHEN I GET OLD
WILL I BE POOR AND WEAK?
WILL I HAVE TO
LIVE ON THE STREET
BEGGING FROM EVERYONE I MEET?
SOMETIMES I WONDER
HOW I WILL DIE
WILL I BE ALL ALONE
WILL I BE TOO SICK AND WEAK
TO EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE?
HOW I WISH WE COULD ALL DIE
TOGETHER WITH PEOPLE WE LOVE
JUST CHECK INTO A HOSPITAL
AND HAVE A GOODBYE PARTY
WITH SOME FOOD
THAT TASTES SPECIALLY GOOD
BUT LACED WITH POISON
TASTELESS BUT POTENT
SO THAT WHEN WE LIE DOWN
AFTER OUR BIG PARTY NIGHT
WE DRIFT OFF TO SLEEP
AND BEFORE MORNING LIGHT
AND WITHOUT EVEN A FIGHT
WE ARE GONE
NOW WOULDN’T THAT BE THE BEST WAY TO GO???
I think alot of ppl feel this way about getting older.

I tell you, wearing out in bits and pieces is the pits. Hugs to you.

we all have our ‘ideal’ way to die, I suppose, but the important thing really is how we live, not how we die. smile on…

yes—passing away oeacefully, with no suffering is the best way to go.

when you think about it, doesn’t the process of dying begin the day we’re born? although it really matters not how many minutes we have in our lives, but how we make use of every minute. sadly, the passage out of this earthly life is not always an easy one, just like birth is sometimes difficult….
