YES, I AM LUCKY – A POEM-read

I am lucky.

I should not complain.

I have more than others

BUT

Most people complain

Because

They take what they have

FORGRANTED!

I know I have a lot

And I am grateful

BUT

there are still

things that money

cannot heal

cannot protect

cannot buy happiness

I do choose to be content

Most days

But there are days

When life overwhelms me

Even though

I may have money

Doesn’t mean

My life is perfect!
