Attack of the killer ants!!

They’ve claimed my kitchen.  So i’ve been working to take it back.  Which means clearing out cupboards and spraying ant killer everywhere.

And then…this morning…the worst part– cleaning up ant corpses!!

I’m still not finished but decided to take an OD break– since i at last have my phone service back, after the horrible storms that rolled through yesterday afternoon and evening.  It was verrrry weird and lonely not being connected!!

J went to the surgeon Thurs for an endoscopy.  He wasn’t sure what they were going to do, since he’d never seen this dr, but they drained the polyps on his pancreas and sent the fluid off for biopsy.  He claims they told him there was nothing else to tell, that his local dr would fill him in on the findings when he sees him the 31st.  So…all thoughts, prayers, and good vibes still appreciated!!

Ant came over Sun with the kids.    It was Chant’s 7th birthday.  We played and i was tired, but the smiles front Chant and the giggles from silly Bailey were well worth it!!

Ant also invited me to Chant’s baseball game Mon evening, where i watched him get his first hit!!  I didn’t see a lot of the game, tho, because Bailey was hanging all over Ant while Ant was trying to take video, so her and i went and played in an empty dugout, which she called her "house".  We had a blast!!

I love my "babies"!!!!  And it’s surreal that i’m actually getting to spend time with them.
