Two

Once again I paid by Paypal (2 wks ago or more) and it’s not working. The little yellow box says my diary is now expired. Well, shit. Next time I am just sending a check. What is the deal w/ Paypal anyway? I order things off the net all the time, pay bills off the net-no trouble. But Paypal is just always a pain in the butt. Seems I have to get some number off my credit card that I didn’t get-so in actuality it is my own fault, but my question remains-why do they have to make it so dang difficult? Hmmm? Annoying.

Ran all over today, both girls had appt.s here and there, then ran Brie and Logan home after supper, then made a cake for Chels and her friends tomorrow night. Finally sat down at 10, the minute I sat down of course, I was beat! Hope I can write coherently. (Just to be different.) Heh.

Damn. I just remembered that Dad was supposed to go the doctor today to see if he needed to go to the specialist. Easy to forget when you’re blocking his illness, which is what I’m guessing I’m doing. Very mature of me. *rolls eyes* I’ll call mom in the a.m. Since mom didn’t call, I’m guessing (ok, hoping) that he doesn’t need the specialist. He’s better. *fingers crossed tightly*

So, what’s the plans for tomorrow night? Anyone have big ones? (That doesn’t sound good does it? *L*) Instead of doing our yearly party at our friends, I think we’re going to do dinner and a show. The new one w/ Hugh Grant and Sandra Bullock looks like one we’d both enjoy. 2 Weeks Notice, I believe is the name. Anyone seen it? I wouldn’t have minded taking in a show down in the cities. A play or show of some kind. There’s always something there. But I’m sure it’s too late to get any good tickets now. Last Minute Lucy here. We haven’t been to the Dinner Theatre for ages, that’s a fun evening. Sure, now I think of this.

We still have no snow and Jan. just around the corner. It’s unreal. I feel for the snowmobile businessmen. We’ll have a drought this summer if we don’t get something. One thing, winter is going to go fast! I’m already anxious for spring, unusual for me. I’ve been planning flowers and a garden and such, that’s got to be why.

I am loving my spa I got from hubs, it’s terrific! So relaxing, then I put on my robe which is so luxurious I feel spoiled-but in a nice way. Pampered would be a better word…but right now that brings images of my darling Logan, and quite a weird vision! *L* It is so nice having them overnight. So fun. 🙂 I’m so thankful Brie and I’s relationship turned out ok after the turbulent years, so this is possible. We’re very lucky, but we also had a lot of help.

A new year is fast advancing, hard to believe. The thought brings excitement but some trepidation also-I mean I’ve just barely gotten used to writing 2002 on my checks. *w* Too tired for any deep thoughts, my eyes just crossed. That’s tired!

I’m outa here. G’night all.

The same thing happened to me last time I renewed, and I used Amazon. The little yellow box hung around for weeks. I keep reading about other people having the same problem. And I’m up for renewal too, so guess I’m in for it as well.

Oh, and no big plans here. My best friend is coming up, but has to work so won’t be here until 10 pm. Which in reality means she’ll be rolling in about the time it strikes midnight. Have fun, whatever you end up doing!

Fortunately, I’ve never had any problems with the renewal! Go figure. Guess it helps to know people in high places. ha. not. j/k. Tomorrow we’re going to meet our friends for dinner at 9:00. then i shall proceed to try to stay awake! *:-) So this spa thing…is that what you hang into the bathtub and the water whirls away? I need one bad. My daughter saw the movie, said it was really good.

We saw Catch Me if YOu can, with Hanks and Leo. It was very good! Take your pick *:-)

You ALWAYS write coherantly. I never have trouble understanding you. Keep in mind though, that may not be a good thing…I AM certified on two continents, ya’know. 😉

I’m with FoxGirl. Paid via PayPal and the box went away immediately.*shrug* dunno what’s up with that. I’m doing what I always do – staying home. Prolly be asleep long before 2003 arrives. Happy New Year my friend – love you……

I don’t go out to movies.. I hate crowds. I read “Catch me if you Can” Great Book.. I think it would be a good Movie… and The Sandra B… Movie.. Looks like a great Romantic Comedy.. can’t wait for them to come out on DVD so I can watch in the comfort of my own home. Have Fun, whatever you decide to do! Many Blessings in the New Year!
