A Pinko’s Perception

Equal amounts of business and laziness keep me from here I suppose, but as many know, once you’re in, it’s hard to get out and things just don’t get done. I think of many here often and want to catch up…maybe one day.

In the interim, all is well here. We had our third annual Funny Farm weekend over MLK weekend. Rather than tell you about it myself (see “lazy” reference above), here’s an outsider’s viewpoint. Forgive her the grammar, spelling, and the total miss on “Boudin” but she does pretty well for a former Communist and relatively new mail order bride of my friend and host.

And here is a pic of us all. Well…all but one. One (my long time friend and Best Man at my wedding) was uh…napping. Poor fool should have known better. After this pic, we all pretty much adorned and abused him. Pics not acceptable for posting I’m afraid.

Next up: Mardi Gras prep for our Feb. 25 not-for-kids parade. This year’s theme – FEMAture Evacuation. We’re going to have some fun with that one…

“This year’s theme – FEMAture Evacuation” Are you joking? LOL! Seriously. I want to know.

Is that you, Batman? Looks like all were having a jolly good time and eating well. Man can survive on “limmenade” and chips for several days at a time, no doubt. 🙂 Glad you had fun and that all survived the trip. Love you, hon.

Forget the mason dixon line… Looking at the pictures – this and hers – this whole entire *mess* could have occured in the pilot’s family’s barn in Wisconsin. Looks exactly the same – attire et al. Cool!

Hilarious theme!

I see you, your buds and your Buds had another great funny farm reunion. Yeah, forever friends are the best. This year’s Mardi Gras should be…interesting? The theme certainly gives y’all lots to work with. LWM 143

Yeahhhhh………..um. Y’all look like a garage band, but you must have forgotten your instruments….. I totally love that Mardi Gras theme.

Every year, my highschool g/f’s hubbies from MI travel to Daytona and stop for an evening at our house on the way home. Seeing this, I was initially afraid that the pics had been set free but then I didn’t see a nascar T and y’all weren’t sporting the telltale tourist lobster burns so, whew.
