i know my middle name
i guess i am going to stay human and be full of stupid and drama-greedy from time to time. i’m sorry for dragging you guys into it like that.
i do worry about it. it happens too often. (the forgetting, not the sharing)
i made my first international sale in the store. to england.
albert sylvester has asked my daughter to marry him. he’s old fashioned and wanted our permission before doing so. he asked me if i had any questions for him and i did. i asked him how he thought he’d do with the responsibility he is taking on for being hannah’s dad. he is full of very good answers…. i like this young man and i am glad my daughter blew me off and didn’t just use him for a boy-toy. well, i call him that when i need to escape from his teasing….
albert wants a wedding. he understands that parents can’t buy if for them. thank the lord. i can do the jewelry if they want. that i would do for gratis. albert wants his boss to give the vows, he’s some kind of minister. albert wants the engagement timeline to be about a year. he wants to save money and pay for the wedding.
sweet!.. as for forgetting.. yesterday when i went to drive off from the seven feathers rv campground.. the fancy manicured place with the elegant post for lights your electrical line, tv cable, and water hoses?? well i did not disconnect first. i was fortunate that my neighbor stopped me before i drove off…that would have been a real ripping disaster to my rig and the manicured rv park..so see? we can forget. it is ok provided we dont cause a ripping disaster! ( and i dont dare write about it, my kids are all hovering over me already!!)

RYNote 1. As of yet nearly all my model making was in my teens, I did make up some Thunderbirds kits about twenty years ago, for my SonÂ’s birthday; he was in single numbers then! So far IÂ’ve acquired a few kits, a mix of WW1 & 2 fighters types, I intend to follow a theme, Battle of Britain or three or four Spitfires, a Mk 1/2, Mk 5 and Mk 11; to show the development of a type through the war.

RYNote 2. Back in my teens I made them to look factory fresh, now I want them to look like machines that have seen action, and have detail in the cockpit, the sort of thing I couldnÂ’t be bothered with back then! So you see I have to start to finish, then I would keep them in boxes, and a few in a display case, well out of ZiggyÂ’s reach. When I have one finished; there will be photographs!

RYNote. History that far back is difficult, several churchÂ’s across Europe claim to have the head of the same Saint, and a monk I knew years ago, told me if all the splinters from ChristÂ’s Cross were collected together; we could have an embarrassment of CrossÂ’s! If you need proof, you will have a hard time having faith! But those towering ruins left me in awe of what can be dun with basic tools.
