No Jo Mo!!

Well, here it is November already.   This will be good for me, writing once a day.   God knows I have enough to go on and on about, and not all of it good!!   But tonight it will be.

We celebrated Halloween with Dawn and her family, as always.   Kooky has always been close to their kids.   But now Roo and Dig are 12 and 14, and getting a good group of their own friends.   I am so happy to see that those friends have taken to Kooky really well, and are becoming like brothers and sisters to her.   She sits with the soccer team at Dig’s games when there are kids on the sidelines, and cuddles up to Roo’s best friend when they are watching him play with her.   The girls do stickers and whatever else she wants to do.   Dig and his best friend JP take her to the park.   It is really cute for me to watch and such a sight to see her growing family.   She has a crush on JP, but it is harmless and sweet.   I shudder at her attempts at charming the soccer team and fear for when she is 16, but it’s all good.

So we went there last night after games, and hung out and had some pizza.   Dig, JP, and P took off on their own to T & T, and Roo ditched us for some high school guys the moment we left the house.   Kooky, Dawn, J, and I walked about half of the normal route that we normally do and then headed back to hand out the candy.   When the big kids got back, they all gathered in the back living room to watch movies and play games and Kooky made herself at home on the air mattress between JP and Roo.   We left late and came home and all went to bed.   It was a good night, and I also took Kooky to see Princesses on Ice on Friday night.   That was fun as she got to hang with her friend M.

OK it is late and I gotta hit the sack.   Be back tomorrow!!!
