Life Goals, Become Real.
I’m on a real roll with my weight loss now. In the last month I have lost 8 kilos (17.6 lb) It does seem like a lot of weight to lose in only a month, but remember I’m a big girl.
So many times I have started a entry saying “Im going to do it” and I just give up. This time it’s really working for me. I wasn’t going to put up my starting weight, but then this is my diary and I have to deal with the fact I’m very over weight. After Callum I had put on 20 kilos (44lb) within 9 months. Thats a lot of weight plus what I had on me to start with. I only put on 10 kilos (22lb) in my pregnancy and after the birth I was back at my pre-pregnancy weight. I was just all baby.
So here we go.
My starting weight was 158 kilos (347.6lb) 26-08-04
This Month – 26-09-04 – 150 kilos (330 lb) Lost – 8 kilos (17.6) lb
Goals
Short Term goal – To be 140 kilos (308lb) by 28-10-04 – (Callum’s first birthday)
Long term goal – To be 125 kilos ( 275 lb) By Christmas.
I’m starting to feel the changes in my body. You can’t see the weight loss, but I can feel it. My jeans dont feel as cuddly. My tummy feels smaller. I’m really looking forward to the first person to say ” Have you lost some weight ? ” Matt said that he is starting to see the loss in my face shape. Thats a good start.
Due to my PCOS – I’m eating low carbs. I’m hoping that the 5% body weight loss will help with girly plumbing problems. I have met my 5% body loss goal this month. I don’t think that I will start to see anything just yet. However in the coming months and by christmas I’m hoping to see a change with the plumbing.
With my next pregnancy I really want to be able to enjoy it more. I would really like to go to term too. I think in there somewhere in the world of PCOS and clomid ovulating could/did have a lot to due with Callum being preem.
If I’m feeling game, I may even post up some photos later on. When you can really see a change in my body.

Congrats!! That’s great!! I put on 45lbs with Tempest, I was 150# the day I gave birth and 105# when we conceived. But the same thing happened to me: it just all dropped off, I was all baby. When I told people how much weight I’d gained no one believed me.

Ah good on ya, I dont know how but I reckon I’ve gained about 20 k’s in the past couple of months, I feel so yuk, but I cant seem to shift it, the carb thing would totally not work for me, if I didnt eat that I wouldnt have anything to eat
