Hi Kellie,
We’ve noticed it’s been awhile since you’ve used the Snapfish website and services. According to our terms and conditions, your membership requires you to actively participate in the service by placing an online order or sending in film at least once a year. Because you have not done so, YOUR ONLINE PHOTOS WILL BE DELETED unless you re-activate your account in the next 30 days.
Snapfish has significantly improved its site and services over the past year, including:
- Reduced prices on digital camera prints to as low as 19c each
- Choice of glossy, matte or Royal heavyweight paper for your digital prints (always on Kodak paper!)
- Added new products including photo books and over a dozen new photo gifts
- New pre-paid options for digital prints and film developing – save up to 45% off our regular prices
HOW TO RE-ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT
To re-activate your Snapfish account and prevent the deletion of your photos, please do one of the following in the next 30 days:
1) Visit Snapfish and make an online purchase of prints, photo CDs, photo gifts, photo books, 4×8″ photo cards, or hi-res downloads. Even buying a single print or hi-res download will re-activate your account.
OR
2) Send in film for developing
To make an online purchase or to upload digital camera photos and order prints, visit the link below:
http://www.snapfish.com/photolibrary
If you need film mailers or want to print a mailing label to send in film for developing, visit the link below:
http://www.snapfish.com/getMailerChoose
Please note that orders from our partners (CardStore, CNET, iPads) do not qualify as re-activating purchases. You must send in film for developing or purchase prints, a photo CD, photo gifts, photo books, 4×8″ photo cards, or hi-res downloads to re-activate your account. IF YOU DO NOT RE-ACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT BY APR 25, 2004, YOUR ONLINE PHOTOS WILL BE DELETED.
If you choose not to re-activate your account, we recommend purchasing the high-resolution versions of your photos on CD or via download using the link below:
http://www.snapfish.com/photolibrary
We hope you’ll take the time to re-activate your Snapfish account and preserve your online photos. If you have any questions, just reply to this email and we’ll be happy to help.
Sincerely,
Snapfish Customer Care

Oy, at least they sent you an email. They just up and deleted all of my pictures one day. NO notice. I was a little peeved, to say the least. I lost a lot of pictures that I didn’t have saved to my computer. I learned though! I’m uploading at http://www.photobucket.com now. I may go back to snapfish when Nikko is born though, so I can order digital prints, since I generally just use my digi camera.
