Bath Tub

I love how it feels to lay in the bath-tub, with the water running so hot it burns. Throw in some bath salts, or a bath bomb, that melt before they ever touch the bottom. The whole bathroom takes on this fresh, comfortable, relaxing smell. That smell that can’t be described, expect to say it seems girly. It smells like soap, perfume, and relaxation, and holds all the secrets of being a girl within the steamy air. I enjoy my time in the shower when I actually have the time to think about what I’m doing. Not just washing because I have to, but because it feels good. Not just running the water because you need to rise away the soap, but to rejuvenate you. Not just shaving because that’s what you’re supposed to do, but because the nic of the razor reminds you you’re alive. While shaving I took time to play with the foam like a little kid would. Writing words on the shower walls, and drawing pictures without a care about the time. The best thing was after my hour long date with the hot water, I got out and smelled good, and felt better.I feel very so rejuvenated now, so relaxed, and calm. I wish life allowed me more time like this to sit down and actually enjoy the small things, instead of rushing through them to get to the next. I unplugged the drain so the water could run out, but I stayed there and felt the water against my bare skin as it got lower and lower. I never noticed how much that tickled before, or how much of a relief it would feel to watch all the negative feelings, and bad vibes go down the drain with the water. It’s nice to be able to watch the week get pulled down the drain, and breath a sigh of relief knowing it’s finally over.

It was nice… really nice.
