I should be spending more time in the kitchen, perhaps.  I would love to make yummy snacks for us to have on hand.  We love to snack, and would much rather do that all evening and only have a tiny supper.  But I feel that I need some specialty ingredients before I can start making some amazing snacks.

Eating healthy has been going well.  I don’t really have slip-ups.  A few maybe accidental ones, where I don’t check all the ingredients properly on some packages…. like rice chips.  Who knew that some of them had corn in them?!  I didn’t… until my mom told me and I double checked the rice chips I was eating.  I finished off the bag so they wouldn’t go to waste, but it’s too bad.

I keep shopping around pinterest for more snack ideas.  Ben seemed to like the sesame "snaps" I made, but I don’t want to make the same thing too often in a row, because then we’ll get tired of it.
