Happy Valentine’s Day

I spent the morning guzzling more water and making G a valentine. Gosh, who ever would have thought that two little fabric hearts would be so hard to stuff with batting. I made two red polka dot hearts tied together with some tiny Christmas ribbon I had tossed in the recycle bin this morning. The hearts got sewn and stuffed while the laundry went round and round….and I smiled. I made a garish little pocket for the biggest one of a red and white water pattern and topped it with a strip of red and white daisies. I thought it funny. Its a little foo foo for a man. Oh Well. I had a heck of a good time putting it together.

On a simple white card I wrote, You are worth more than any diamonds.
