Seeing blue skies

I don’t know why it amuses me that I stayed home last night instead of going out – mostly because I wanted to get up early, finish housework, bathe and get other stuff taken care of before football (VIKINGS!!) starts at noon.

Come afternoon, I will be camping out on the sofa in my velour lounge pants (shut up, they’re comfortable!), Vikings jersey and purple socks.

My house is clean, my dogs are fed and walked, laundry is in the washer/dryer and it’s going to be a beautiful day.

I wish you could see the same blue skies that I do.

I think a walk in the park is going to be on the agenda today. I need it (at least to get some aggravation out).
