Please read the following important message from the OD Staff:

Personal Profile

It is very important that the email address associated with your account is up-to-date.  If you ever lose your OD password, the only way to retrieve it is by having it emailed to you - otherwise, you may not be able to regain access to your diary.

After you have logged into your diary, please click Diary Maintenance on your diary front page, and then click Personal Profile.  Check that you have an email address on that page, and that it is an address that you currently have access to.  Finally, if you ever change your email address, please be sure to change it in the OD system.

Thanks!
